Most services will
require two forms of payment (checks or money orders)
You will need two checks or money
orders - one for PA and for Tags & Title Transfer Company.
Debit and Charge Card fees apply - 7% sales tax if purchased within last six
months.
There is a $3 surcharge for money orders (PA
state fee).
Cash is acceptable.
